    How much should I use? 1 beaker: Amount of water: 150ml, 5fl.oz; Number of level scoops: 5 scoops From 1-2 years, your toddler will need about 2 x 150ml of Growing Up Milk per day. We recommend one beaker in the morning and one at night. Always use the scoop provided. The colour of the scoop may change from time to time. How to use this pack… To open: Remove tamper evidence strip Scoop & level Click & keep fresh There is a handy leveller built into the pack, store your scoop in the lid so that it is kept safe and secure. Press the hand icon and click the lid securely shut to keep your powder fresh. How to prepare… Because powdered milks are not sterile, failure to follow instructions may make your toddler ill. 1 Measure 150ml or 5fl.oz boiled, cooled water into a clean beaker. 2 Using the scoop provided, add 5 levelled scoops of powder into the beaker. 3 Replace clean lid on beaker. Mix well for 10 seconds to dissolve powder. 4 Check temperature and drink immediately. For hygiene reasons do not store made up milk drinks. Make up each feed as required, and discard unfinished drinks within 2 hours. Do not heat in a microwave, hot spots may occur and cause scalding. How to prepare Because powdered milks are not sterile, failure to follow instructions may make your baby ill. 1 Wash hands and sterilise all utensils according to manufacturers instructions. 2 Boil 1 litre of freshly run water. Leave kettle to cool for no longer than 30 minutes. Do not use artificially softened or repeatedly boiled water. 3 Measure the required amount of water (refer to feeding guide) into a sterilised bottle. Do not add powder to boiling water due to risk of scalding. 4 Using the scoop provided, level off the powder with the built-in leveller. Do not press/heap the powder. 5 Add one scoop to every 30 ml (1 fl. oz) of boiled cooled water. Add the correct number of scoops to the water. Adding too many or too few scoops can be harmful. 6 Replace seal on bottle. Shake well for 10 seconds to dissolve powder. Remove seal, replace with a sterilised teat. 7 Cool under running tap. Check temperature of feed. Feed immediately. For hygiene reasons, do not store made up feeds. Make up each feed as required and always discard unfinished feeds within 2 hours. If necessary offer cooled boiled water between feeds. Do not heat in a microwave, hot spots may occur and cause scalding.
